At Momoprint, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help!

✅ Return Conditions

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents

  • Sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable”

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item? We’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to stock availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
